Take some time and prepare a zucchini salad for the winter! Believe me, it will definitely not be superfluous. It can be served with porridge, mashed potatoes, fish and meat dishes. And I also know fans who eat this salad just with bread.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Onion (medium) – 3 pieces
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Vinegar - 4 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 60 g
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Zucchini cut into small cubes.
Peel garlic and onion from the husk, chop.
Mix everything in a bowl, add tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, oil and ground pepper.
Arrange the vegetables in clean jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.
Add vinegar, roll up and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
