Ingredients
- Red Currant - 300 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Starch - 3 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pluck the currant from the twigs. Squeeze the juice out of it in any way.
Add sugar to the cake, pour water and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Strain the broth and bring it to a boil again.
Stir the starch in the currant juice until dissolved.
Slowly pour it into the broth, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 3 minutes.
