An exquisite dish for lovers of dietary meat. A small amount of white wine softens it, and the whole smell has time to evaporate by the end of cooking. Stewed rabbit with vegetables is served with a side dish or as an independent dish.

Ingredients

  • Rabbit - 800 g
  • Wine (white) – 3 art.l.
  • Carrots (large) – 1 piece
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Butter - 40 g
  • Marjoram - 1 tsp.
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Black Pepper - 3 peas
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (filtered) – 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the rabbit, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Cut carrots and peeled onions.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the meat and brown well on all sides.

Add the onion and carrot and continue to fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add salt, spices, wine and hot water. Cover with a lid and simmer for 1 hour over low heat.
