Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Dried apricots - 120 g
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the dried apricots, and whisk the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Add dried apricots to the curd mass and put everything in a baking dish.
Put the casserole in the oven for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
