The theme of kebabs is inexhaustible and in most cases different types of meat are used. Opponents of pork can fry a very tasty chicken kebab with mayonnaise. It should be cooked over a strong and even ball. Extinguish the emerging flames without delay.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Rub the coriander, black pepper and salt in a mortar.
In a bowl with meat, add onion, mayonnaise and ground spices with salt. Mix, squeezing each piece of meat well with your hands, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Clean the meat from the remnants of the marinade, put it on skewers and fry on the grill for 20 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
