A little pork from the festive slicing – and now the filling for a wonderful homemade pizza is almost ready. And at the same time I'll tell you how to cook it in a frying pan so that no one will even guess that you cheated a little.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 4 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Boiled pork - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Mushrooms - 40 g
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Cheese - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix egg, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add flour and knead the dough.
Put the dough in a frying pan and brush with tomato sauce. Arrange the mozzarella pieces.
Chop the mushrooms and pepper, chop the pork, and spread everything out. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the pizza under the lid on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
