Ingredients
- Young zucchini - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 10 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Peanuts (fried) – 50 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers and zucchini into thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
Cut the cherry in half, the onion in thin rings, and chop the greens finely.
Add the peanuts, mix the ingredients and season the salad with salt, herbs and all spices.
Sprinkle it with lemon juice and olive oil before serving.
