If you want to make a hearty salad, use chicken fillet. It goes well with many products, but among all I really like a layered salad with chicken and cheese. Sharing a recipe!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Basil (for decoration) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet into small cubes.
Peel the eggs from the shell and chop them.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Put a layer of chicken fillet in a deep dish. Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Arrange the carrots and boiled eggs next. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Sprinkle thickly with grated cheese. Try to distribute it evenly.
Decorate the salad with a mesh of mayonnaise and basil. Insist before serving for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.
