Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Processed cheese - 3 pieces
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Cut one cucumber into slices and set aside for decoration. Chop the rest into cubes.
Cut one melted cheese into thin plates and set aside for decoration.
Grate the remaining melted cheese and peeled potatoes.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: fillets, cucumbers, potatoes and cheese. After each layer, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Place Korean carrots thickly on top.
Decorate the sides of the salad with cucumber slices. From the melted cheese, carrot slices and greens, lay out the gladioli.
