- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Beans (boiled) – 200 g
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Salad mix - 3 handfuls
- Bow purple - 1-2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 240 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 3 art.l.
- Sunflower seeds - 3 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into small pieces, roll in spices and fry.
Cut the cherry into quarters and chop the purple onion.
Add the finished beans, salad mix and seeds.
Season the salad with a mixture of olive and sesame oils.
