If you like exotic dishes, try to make a salad of tuna, mango and purple onion. Sweet fruit is interestingly combined with fish. Tuna will need a little salt. You can buy it in the store or cook it yourself.
Ingredients
- Tuna (low salty) – 200 g
- Mango (ripe) – 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tuna fillet and peeled mango into small cubes.
Peel the purple onion from the husk and cut into half rings.
Rinse the greens, shake off the water and chop.
Mix onion, mango, tuna fillet and herbs.
Season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
