Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Similarly, coarsely chop the pepper and lightly fry it until soft.
Mix arugula with salad mix, and put mushrooms and pepper on top.
Season the salad, add crushed garlic and chili.
Season everything with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
