Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the peeled potatoes and half of the onion on a fine grater, drain the liquid.
Add spices, egg and flour, and mix.
Finely chop the remaining half of the onion and mix with the minced meat.
Preheat a frying pan with oil. Put a spoonful of potato mass.
When it grabs slightly, put out some minced meat and cover with another spoonful of potatoes. Draniki should not be too thick.
Fry the pancakes on medium heat on both sides, periodically covering with a lid.
