Nuts are a frequent ingredient in the filling of meat rolls. They can be added separately or mixed with other products. For example, if you stew them a little with carrots and add a spoonful of honey – your pork roll will only win!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat the pork into a thin layer and rub with spices.

Grate the carrots, chop the nuts and simmer everything together in butter for 5 minutes.

Add honey, stir the filling and simmer for a couple more minutes.

Put the filling on the pork, roll up a tight roll and tie it with twine.

Bake the pork roll in the oven for 2-2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
