Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Vermicelli - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 100 g
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the vermicelli with water and cook until it absorbs all the water.
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer. Add the cottage cheese and whisk again.
Add the vermicelli, mix everything together and put it in a baking dish.
Cook the casserole in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
