Cottage cheese casserole with rice and sour cream filling

There is a great proven way to make a cottage cheese casserole even juicier and more tender. Namely, to cook it with sour cream filling. This time I suggest experimenting with rice and raisins.
Ingredients
For casserole:
- Cottage Cheese - 500 g
- Fig (boiled) – 200 g
- Raisins - 100 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Sugar - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanilla sugar - 1 art.l.
- Starch - 1.5 art.l.
For filling:
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Starch - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch in a blender.
Add the washed raisins and boiled rice, and put the mass into the mold.
Put the casserole in the oven for half an hour at 160 degrees.
Whisk all the ingredients for pouring. Pour it on the casserole and bake for another 20 minutes.
