Ingredients
- Herring (lightly salted) – 1 piece
- Beetroot (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Corn (canned) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 180 ml
- Dill (for decoration) – 1 twig
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the herring, gut it, remove the bones and cut it.
Wash the corn, grate the boiled vegetables, chop the onion with a knife.
Put a layer of fish on a plate first, then onions and potatoes. Add pepper, salt, mayonnaise and corn.
Next, arrange the eggs, carrots and beets mixed with mayonnaise.
Level the top layer of lettuce with a fork, garnish with dill sprigs and put in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
