This salad can be served in a salad bowl, on plates or in portions in pita and pita bread. An excellent Mexican recipe is quite exotic on the one hand, and very affordable on the other. Chicken lovers will especially like it.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Pineapple (fresh) – 300 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pineapple into pieces and chop off the chicken.
Fry them on the grill or in a non-stick frying pan on both sides. Cut the chicken into strips.
Finely chop all the herbs, coriander, green onion and chili.
Chop the bell pepper and mix all the ingredients.
Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice.
