I always have in mind several options for fast food snacks. Among them is a roll of pita bread with Korean carrots. Sometimes, instead of mayonnaise, I use cream cheese or a mixture of sour cream and yogurt.
Ingredients
- Korean carrots - 250 g
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 50 ml
- Lavash (thin) – 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the greens, shake off the moisture and finely chop.
Spread the pita bread on the table, smear with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs.
Lay out a uniform layer of Korean carrots.
Roll up the pita bread, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
