Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Turkey - 250 g
- Lettuce - 2 sheet
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the turkey until tender. Cut into strips.
Cut all the vegetables in the same way.
Smear the pita bread with cottage cheese and tomato sauce to taste.
Lay out the lettuce leaves and all the stuffing.
Roll up the shawarma and, if desired, fry in a dry frying pan.
