Hot dogs are a great field for culinary experiments. Combine different ingredients, additives and toppings. This is how something new opens up. So one day I found for myself a recipe for a hot dog with chips and pineapples.
Ingredients
- Bun - 2 pieces
- Sausages - 2 pieces
- Chips (sharp) – 50 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 2 leaf
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Pineapple (canned) – 100 g
- Parsley - 1 twig
- Yogurt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 1 art.l.
- Ketchup - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut canned pineapples into small cubes.
Chop green onions, lettuce, parsley and peeled purple onions.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, pineapples and parsley.
Fry the sausages well in olive oil.
Cut the bun lengthwise, leaving the opposite side intact.
Grease the bun with ketchup inside, put the chips, salad and sausage.
Add pineapple and sauce mixture on top, sprinkle with green and purple onions. Repeat the steps with the second bun.
