Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
Cut the beetroot into cubes. Arrange it in sterilized jars with garlic, pepper and parsley.
Add cauliflower, pour boiling water over everything and leave for 15 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water, add sugar, salt and vinegar to it, and boil it again.
Pour back and roll up the billet for the winter.
