Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the garlic and chili, and mix with all the ingredients for the marinade.
Marinate the washed dry ribs for at least half an hour.
Put them in a sleeve and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, then cut the package and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
