Ingredients
- Flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 120 g
- Condensed milk - 1 tbsp.l .
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Coconut chips - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Set aside half of the coconut chips for sprinkling, put the rest in a bowl.
Add the sifted flour, condensed milk, egg, powdered sugar and melted butter. Knead the dough.
Spoon a little dough, form round balls with your hands and roll in coconut chips.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay out the blanks.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by the appearance of the cookies and the features of your oven.
