Cut the apples into slices, sort the grapes, and cut the lemon into circles.
Arrange in clean jars and add cinnamon.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water, add sugar and bring to a boil again.
Pour the compote back and roll it up for the winter.
