Ingredients
- Apricots - 2 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Star anise - 3 asterisks
- Carnation - 6 buds
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots, cut into slices and cover with sugar.
Cook apricots for half an hour over medium heat, stirring.
Add ground spices and lemon juice, and cook the jam for another 20 minutes until the desired consistency.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
