For this pea soup, I use dried chickpeas and canned green peas. I advise you to cook it on chicken broth – it goes well with legumes. Today I will tell you how to make such a dish in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Chickpeas - 100 g
- Green peas - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Leek - 1 piece
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the chicken and send it to the bowl. Add the washed and pre-soaked chickpeas to the same place.
Fill with water and cook everything in a slow cooker for 45-50 minutes in the soup mode.
Add chopped onion, green peas, spices and chopped herbs. Lie for another 10-15 minutes.
Grind the soup with a blender until smooth.
