Balsamic sauce can be used without exaggeration as you like – in salads, noodles, main dishes, with snacks, pizza or just with vegetables. You can buy a ready-made store option, but it's much tastier to make it yourself.
Ingredients
- Balsamic vinegar - 100 ml
- Carnation - 4 bud
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix vinegar, sugar and spices.
Bring to a boil, stirring.
Boil the sauce over low heat until dissolved, and then until thickened.
Strain and cool the finished sauce.
