For this casserole, I would advise taking new potatoes. Or at least just a small one, so that it looks nice and evenly baked. In addition, you will need cabbage and minced meat. A very satisfying main course!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cabbage - 400 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly chop the cabbage and lightly fry. Add the tomato, spices and a little water, and simmer for 7 minutes.
Fry the minced meat with onions until half cooked and season.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and grate the cheese.
Put the minced meat, cabbage and potatoes in the mold, and sprinkle with cheese. Pour in a couple of spoonfuls of water or broth.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
