Of course, apples are available at any time of the year, and if desired, you can always cook fresh compote. But after all, a canned drink is completely different, and sometimes you want it. And how good the canned fruits themselves turn out.

Ingredients

  • Apples (White Filling) – 1.5 kg
  • Sugar - 2 glasses
  • Water - 1.5-2 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the apples and put them in sterile jars.

Pour boiling water over the apples and cover with a lid.

After 10 minutes, drain this water, boil it again and pour the apples again.

Repeat the previous step.

After another 10 minutes, drain the water again, add sugar to it and boil for a couple of minutes.

Pour the apples for the last time and roll up the compote for the winter.
