Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 2 glasses
- Flour - 3 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 150 ml
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Add sour cream, oat flakes, mix and set aside for 10 minutes.
Pour in vegetable oil, add flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
Put the dough into small molds, filling them two-thirds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
