An interesting way to cook khachapuri from lavash is to finely pick the leaves and pour them with yogurt filling. It turns out to be a very original version, but even fans of traditional Georgian cuisine will appreciate it.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Yogurt - 140 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Suluguni - 100 g
- Adyghe cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut out the pita bread circles according to the size of the frying pan, and finely chop the trimmings.
Whisk the yogurt with the egg and add the trimmings there.
Rub all the cheese there, mix the filling.
Place one circle on a greased frying pan.
Spread the filling evenly on top, cover in the second circle, press and fry the pita bread under the lid on medium heat for about 7-10 minutes on each side.
