In the cold season, I want the food to be not only healthy, but also bright. For such an occasion, pumpkin pie is just perfect. Delicious, beautiful and very fragrant! Serve best with warm milk or cocoa.

Sift flour into a wide bowl, add salt and softened butter.

Rub the mass with your hands until fine crumbs form.

Add the lightly beaten egg, vanilla essence and knead the plastic dough.

Form a ball, cover with a towel and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Peel the pumpkin, seeds and cut into small cubes.

Put the pumpkin in a saucepan, pour cold water and boil until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Grind with a blender until smooth.

Roll out the dough into a cake, with a diameter according to the size of the mold.

Cover the mold with baking paper, lay out the dough blank.

Beat pumpkin puree with cream, sugar and spices with a mixer.

Put the resulting mass into a mold with dough and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 55-60 minutes.
