- Milk - 150 ml
- Water - 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Fresh yeast - 25 g
- Flour - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1-2 bundles
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Stir yeast, sugar and salt in warm water, and leave for 20 minutes.
Add warm milk, egg and butter. Then add the sifted flour.
Knead the steep dough and leave it in the heat for an hour.
Finely chop the mushrooms with onions, fry until the moisture evaporates and season.
When the mushrooms cool down, mix them with chopped herbs, egg and grated cheese.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll out and form boats.
Put the filling in the boats, leave for another 15 minutes and bake the khachapuri for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
