When thinking about homemade cakes, lush buns with raisins immediately come to mind. Soft, sweet and fragrant, they are just perfectly combined with cocoa or warm milk. Prepare buns in the evening and a delicious breakfast awaits you in the morning.

Wash the raisins with boiling water, drain the water and put them on a towel to dry.

Sift the flour into a wide bowl.

Add baking powder, yeast, sugar, vanilla and salt.

Add lightly beaten eggs, melted butter and warm milk.

Knead the soft dough, cover with a towel and put it away for 1 hour in a warm place.

Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil. Knead the dough, adding portions of prepared raisins.

Divide the dough into 14 identical pieces, form buns and place on a greased baking sheet.

Leave the prepared buns in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Using a silicone brush, lubricate the surface with yolk.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
