Ingredients
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Jam - 60 g
- Blueberries - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add kefir with soda and whisk again.
Add the melted butter and whisk again.
Add jam to the dough, mix and gradually add the sifted flour.
At the end, add the blueberries and pour the dough into the mold.
Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
