I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes for vegetable pizza with corn. I cook it with cheese, but if you replace it with some sauce, you will get a completely vegetarian option. The dough here is also lean, so try it on occasion!
Ingredients
- Water - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 1-1.5 glasses
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 50 g
- Corn - 70 g
- Bell pepper - 60 g
- Greenery - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour, soda and salt, pour in water and butter and knead the dough.
Roll out the pizza base and smear with tomato sauce.
Chop all the vegetables and arrange the filling. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
