This recipe will appeal to adherents of proper nutrition and vegetarians. Without animal products, pancakes are light, tasty and low-calorie. The recipe uses lemon juice — do not be surprised, it is needed for the reaction with baking powder.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 220 g
  • Milk (oatmeal) – 250 ml
  • Powdered sugar - 60 g
  • Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
  • Salt - on the tip of the knife
  • Corn oil - 80 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix all the dry ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder, powdered sugar and salt.

In a separate container, mix oat milk, lemon juice and 1 tbsp corn oil.

Mix both blanks. The dough should turn out a little thicker than on pancakes.

Grease the pan with oil, pour a little dough into the center, immediately forming a perfect circle.

Fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
