That very favorite pie with a lattice can be made from almost any dough. This time we'll take cottage cheese for a change. Further in the recipe I will tell you exactly what it should be to get the same appetizing top!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rub the cottage cheese with sugar, salt, yolks and soft butter until smooth.

Add flour with baking powder and knead the elastic dough.

Roll out most of it and put it in a mold or on a baking sheet. Form the sides. Put the jam on top.

Roll out the remaining dough, cut into strips and place on a grid.

Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
