When you want something incredibly tasty, fragrant, but light – try such simple puffs with pears. Choose juicy and sweet fruits, preferably not too hard. And for the rest – a minimum of costs and preparation.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Pear - 250 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
- Brown sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the dough into squares and form neat boats for open puffs.
Put a finely chopped pear in each boat.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. If desired, lubricate the sides with yolk.
Bake the puffs for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
