Scald the lemon with boiling water and dry it.

Remove the lemon zest. For cupcakes, you will need about 1 tsp.

Cut the lemon in half, squeeze out the juice.

Beat soft butter with sugar until white.

Continuing to beat, add one egg at a time.

Add lemon juice, condensed milk, zest and flour mixed with baking powder. Mix well.

Put the dough in the molds and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
