I love to cook pancakes according to this recipe. The dough always turns out soft, lush and fragrant. Please note that pancakes should be fried in a dry frying pan with a non-stick coating. You can serve it with honey, syrup or jam.
Ingredients
- Flour - 240 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream cheese - 250 g
- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Baking powder dough - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Whisk the whites with sugar and salt until sharp peaks.
Add the yolks, cream cheese, milk and mix.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla. The dough should turn out thick as greasy sour cream.
Preheat a dry frying pan, spoon out a little dough, forming a round island.
Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
