I love jam because here you can endlessly experiment with ingredients and combinations. And this practically does not affect the cooking technology. This time I want to share with you my recent find – melon and peach jam.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the melon and peaches into cubes, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.

Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 5-7 minutes and let it cool.

Repeat the previous step.

Pour boiling water over the lemon, cut, remove the bones, and chop everything else in a blender.

Add to the melon, boil the jam for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
