Ingredients
- Water - 3 l
- Instant coffee - 1 art.l.
- Citric acid - 7 g
- Sugar - 210 g
- Dry yeast - 4 g
- Raisins - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the water to 30-40 degrees.
Dissolve sugar, coffee, citric acid and yeast in it at the end.
Cover the jar and leave it in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
Bottle the kvass and add the raisins.
Leave the bottles overnight at room temperature and put them in the refrigerator.
