You can cook the sauce from any mushrooms. I had royal champignons, so I didn't have to fry them for a long time. In general, the idea of creamy mushroom sauce is to quickly and from affordable products to prepare a delicious addition to the main dish.

Chop the mushrooms and peeled garlic. Grate the cheese.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add garlic and fry for 15-20 seconds.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour in the wine and soak for 2-3 minutes.

Add cheese, cream, milk, salt and spices. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat and puree the sauce with an immersion blender until smooth.
