Funchosa itself is a bit bland. It will be a great base for salads and hot dishes, but it needs some kind of supplement. And especially – a good suitable sauce. This is the recipe I already have, and today I will share it with you.
Ingredients
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Ginger - 2 slice
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chili, ginger and chili.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Let it brew a little.
