The first recipes for okroshka appeared in old household books. Then kvass was used as a filling, but since then the number of options has become much larger. I want to share with you my favorite proven recipe!
Ingredients
- Kefir - 1 l
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Radish - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken, eggs and potatoes until tender. Let it cool down.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, add chopped herbs and spices.
Mix everything with sour cream, pour kefir and add water to the desired consistency.
