Ingredients
- Apples - 400 g
- Grapes - 300 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 0.75 glasses
- Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 sticks
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples and chop them finely.
Add grapes, cover with sugar and pour in water.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 7 minutes.
Let the billet cool, add spices and cook for another 5 minutes.
Let cool again. If desired, remove the cinnamon and mix the jam with a blender.
Boil it for another 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
