Grape jam is already quite fresh in itself. And if you combine grapes with other fruits, it turns out to be doubly original. For example, I suggest adding apples. In addition to excellent taste, I guarantee excellent texture!

Peel the apples and chop them finely.

Add grapes, cover with sugar and pour in water.

Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 7 minutes.

Let the billet cool, add spices and cook for another 5 minutes.

Let cool again. If desired, remove the cinnamon and mix the jam with a blender.

Boil it for another 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
