Today I want to share with you a recipe for how to roll up a wonderful berry mix in the form of compote for the winter in cans. Optionally, you can change some ingredients or add on your own - the principle remains the same. Simple, delicious and healthy!
Ingredients
- Red Currant - 300 g
- Lingonberries - 300 g
- Cranberries - 300 g
- Cherry - 300 g
- Cherry - 300 g
- Sugar - 1-1.5 glasses
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash all the berries and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water over the berries and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Drain the water, boil it again and pour the berry again.
After 10 minutes, drain the water again, add sugar, boil and pour the berry again.
Roll up the compote in jars for the winter.
