Each hostess has her own recipe on duty, which helps out in the right situations. For me, this is a potato casserole with champignons and spinach. It's easy to prepare, it turns out delicious and very useful.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Champignons - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spinach - 100 g
- Milk - 1 glass
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 50 g
- Olive oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes in uniforms until tender, cool and peel.
Cut the melted cheese, potatoes, mushrooms and peeled onions.
Wash the spinach, shake off excess water and tear it with your hands.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the champignons and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a separate container, whisk the eggs with milk.
Add salt, ground pepper and melted cheese.
Mix potatoes, fried mushrooms and spinach.
Put the mass in a form greased with olive oil and send it to the oven for half an hour, preheated to 200 degrees. Depending on the thickness of the layer and the characteristics of the oven, the time may vary slightly.
